I am right there with you...I need ideas as well..especially sense they told me 1300-1400 come to find out I am having twins so now i have to add 300 more cals. I can barely do what they wanted before... I need ideas too...lmao

My nut wants me at 1500 due to my pregnant too, I use 1% milk....about 5-6 glasses a day. That is 550-660 calories. I also add at least 1 protein bar in (the twisted kind with 15g protein) for another 190!

Good luck!

Oh gosh, I'm sorry I don't have any good advice here as I seem to have NO PROBLEMS at all getting the calories in I just eat! LoL I've maintained my weight loss over the two years since my surgery, but I'm afraid to say that my eating habbits never really changed, I just eat much less of it... I envy you girls with the strength to eat right I wish you luck and hope you find the answers your looking for!

Big mac....lmao

I was going to say milk is the easiest way if you can tolerate it. Also, you have to pretty much eat every 2 hours, don't skip meals and snacks. And if you add up your cals I bet you would be surprised how much you are actually getting in anyway. Good luck. Shari

I have been picking like a bird lately I can't eat it seems from my all day sickness...lol I have been on a hamburger helper kick not a lot of protein but like 300 cals for a cup...I eat a half of a cup...and then go back and eat another half a hour later... other then that peanut butter has been my thing so far...

my Dr wants me at 2000 calories!  I told them that they are nuts! lol A good friend told me to make protein shakes with sugar free ice cream, whole fat cheese, 2% milk, cook with real butter etc.

Good luck!
